Warner Bros. Discovery 'Hamptons in Santa Monica' Team Beach Day

Warner Bros. Discovery's West Coast ad sales team held its first all-white beach party with us in 2024, and in August 2025 it came back for round two. The chalkboard said it all: "Welcome to the 2nd Annual Hamptons in Santa Monica," with the tagline "Beach Vibes, Team Bonding, Good Energy."
The team asked for the same setup as the year before, and we built it on the sand at Lifeguard Tower 12, just north of the pier, on a Wednesday afternoon starting at 1pm. Seating was split across four separate table areas instead of one long row, since not everyone sits or eats at the same time at an event like this. Umbrellas provided shade, and a volleyball setup and cornhole gave the group plenty to do.
The team brought its own food and drinks, as they had the first time. We provided single-use plates, silverware and napkins for 50, and three large coolers plus a standard one, stocked with 50 still and 50 sparkling waters and room for everything else. Perry's Beach Cafe sits right next to the setup, so guests could walk over for more during or after the party.
