Salesforce 'Summer Camp' Client Beach Event for 125 at Tower 12

Salesforce reached out in July 2025 about a corporate beach event with dinner, furniture and games for a large group of clients. We hosted it on a Monday evening in August 2025, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, on the sand at Lifeguard Tower 12, just north of the Santa Monica Pier, for 125 guests. The welcome chalkboard set the theme: "Welcome to Summer Camp!"
Food came from Milo + Olive through the Rustic Canyon Restaurant Group. The brief was a generous grazing-style mix of charcuterie, crostini, salads, pizzas and desserts, with options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and pescatarian guests. It was delivered as the event began, and our team carried it out to the sand. Two canopies covered six buffet tables, and we added cups and two extra coolers of ice for the drinks.
A DJ set up in a dedicated area to keep the energy going, and the games list was long: cornhole, ladder toss, Spikeball, bocce and three volleyballs. The organizer let us know the next day that the client had a great time, and Salesforce booked the event again the following summer.
