AWS, Clazar & Cloudelligent Beach Lunch for 22 in Santa Monica

Clazar organized a joint lunch with partners from AWS and Cloudelligent in September 2025 and chose the beach instead of a restaurant. The team heard about us through word of mouth and booked a three-hour Large Beach Picnic for 22 guests starting at noon on a Thursday, with the chalkboard reading "AWS / Clazar / Cloudelligent Lunch Event."
The forecast made things interesting. Light rain was expected overnight, so we watched the weather closely with the organizer the day before. The forecast called for the rain to clear by early morning with sun around midday. Several of the guests were staying at a hotel just a short walk from the beach.
Lunch came from Mendocino Farms, which can turn delivery orders around quickly, so the plan was to place the order on the morning of the event, once the rain had passed. Our Large Beach Picnic setup of low tables, cushions, umbrellas and iced still and sparkling water was scaled to the group and ready when guests arrived.
