Sasooness Law Group Summer Beach Party at Tower 12

Sasooness Law Group wanted a nice setup for a staff beach party: somewhere everyone could sit comfortably to eat, plus shaded places to lounge. In August 2025 we hosted the firm on a Saturday from noon to 5pm at Lifeguard Tower 12, just north of the Santa Monica Pier, with a welcome chalkboard that read "Welcome Sasooness Law Group!"

The picnic had 25 pillow seats around low tables for the meal. Next to it we built a separate lounge of ten low white beach chairs under five umbrellas, sized so roughly half the group could relax in the shade at once while others brought their own chairs. An easy-up canopy covered three buffet tables for the food the firm brought in.

The team supplied its own food, drinks and DJ, so we handled everything around them: two extra-large coolers stocked with still and sparkling water, two more with ice for their drinks, and games including cornhole, Spikeball, ladder toss, bocce and two volleyballs. The firm planned for up to 45 people dropping in over the afternoon, and the setup gave them room to spread out. The organizer wrote afterward that it was a great party.
