L'Oreal Global Brands Beach Banquet for 100 at Dockweiler Beach

When L'Oreal hosted brand teams from around the world in Los Angeles in June 2025, the organizers wanted to give their guests a real LA experience. The idea started as a beach picnic with s'mores at Dockweiler Beach, one of the few beaches in the area with fire pits, and grew into a full evening event for about 100 people.

We booked it as a custom-location Beach Banquet: long tables with 100 white banquet chairs set up next to a fire pit, with string lights around the perimeter as the sun went down. Fire pits at Dockweiler are first come, first served, so our team arrived early to claim one with room for the whole setup, and we picked up firewood for the group. A canopy covered two buffet tables for dinner.

Guests arrived by bus, so we shared the exact location on the day. The team brought in pizzas and salads, and we supplied plates, utensils and napkins. Four large coolers held water, with two more filled with ice for the drinks the group brought. A Bose speaker with a microphone handled music and remarks.
