Clocktower Group Mid-Year All Hands Beach Picnic in Santa Monica

Clocktower Group wrapped up its Mid-Year All Hands meeting in June 2025 and headed straight to the beach. The firm booked an evening picnic from 6pm to 8pm for its team of about 20, timed to start right after the meeting ended.
Rather than our usual spot at Lifeguard Tower 12, the team asked us to set up as close to their office as possible, near a pedestrian bridge and staircase down to the sand directly across the street from their building. We loaded up the cargo vans and built the picnic there, a few minutes down the bike path from our regular location, so everyone could walk over in minutes.
The setup was a Classic Beach Picnic scaled to the group, plus ten extra beach chairs and three extra umbrellas for lounging. Two buffet tables under two umbrellas held the team's catering, and two cornhole sets and a Spikeball set gave people something to do after a long day of meetings. As a finishing touch, we hand-drew the Clocktower Group logo on the welcome chalkboard.
