A Sunset Beach Wedding Ceremony for 80 at Tower 12

This couple first contacted us in spring 2025 about renting chairs for a beach ceremony, then decided our full beach wedding setup was a better fit. The ceremony took place on a Saturday evening in July 2025, starting at 6:30pm, on the sand in front of Perry's Beach Cafe at Lifeguard Tower 12, just north of the Santa Monica Pier.

The couple chose our white curved arch, which their florist styled on site; we had it up early so the florist had time to work. We also brought drapes and faux florals for the arch and aisle as backup. Guests sat in white banquet chairs set on eight natural-toned rugs, about ten chairs per rug, which kept the seating level and looked clean against the sand.

Getting 80 guests from the parking lot to the ceremony was part of the plan. There is a wooden walkway from Perry's out onto the beach, and the couple supplied a 100-foot runner that we laid from the end of that walkway to the ceremony area, so guests barely had to walk on sand. Everything was in place by 6pm as guests arrived, and a DJ provided the music for the ceremony.
