An Engagement Party Beach Picnic for 44 with a Taco Caterer

An engaged couple's family booked our Large Beach Picnic in August 2025 to celebrate the couple with friends and family on a Saturday afternoon. They started planning for about 40 people and added seating for four more the week of the party, for 44 guests in all.

For food, the family hired a taco caterer who set up right on the beach, and we built a shaded buffet area with a canopy and two buffet tables to go with it. We supplied good-quality disposable plates and cutlery for a group this size. Three coolers held still and sparkling water, and a fourth held extra ice for the family's own drinks, which they could drop off whenever they liked, since our team arrives about two hours before start time.

The games area had two cornhole sets, Spikeball, bocce and two volleyballs, and a Bose S1 speaker covered the music. The party kicked off at 4:30pm on a Saturday.
