Spotify Acceleration Alliance Beach Dinner for 48 at Tower 12

Spotify's sales team came to us looking for an early dinner and drinks on the beach for a group of about 50, and in August 2024 we welcomed 48 guests to a Large Beach Picnic at Lifeguard Tower 12. The chalkboard greeted everyone with "Welcome Spotify Acceleration Alliance!"

The group brought in its own food, dropped off at the Perry's Beach Cafe lot, and we wheeled it down to two shaded buffet tables set under umbrellas. Ten small floral arrangements were delivered ahead of the 4:30pm start and dressed the low picnic tables, and every guest had still and sparkling water waiting in the coolers.

The team also added a photographer for an hour. Rather than posed group shots, the brief was candid headshots: guests could wander over during the picnic and have a relaxed portrait taken with the ocean behind them, a practical takeaway from an evening out.
