Harmonic Security Sales Kickoff Beach BBQ at Tower 20

Harmonic Security closed out its sales kickoff (SKO) in March 2026 with a beach party for about 45 people. We set up on a Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm at Lifeguard Tower 20, directly in front of Casa del Mar, timed so the group was on the sand for the sunset just before 6pm.

The team designed the menu with Vucacious around an American backyard BBQ with a California twist. The first hour was stationed small bites: cheese and charcuterie, finger foods, vegetable skewers and cucumber sandwiches. Hot food followed: tri-tip and pulled pork with dinner rolls and ciabatta, then lemon bars and brownies for dessert. Three canopies covered six buffet tables, and two highboys gave people somewhere to stand and chat.

Seating mixed 20 pillow seats at low tables with 25 chairs at regular-height tables, and string lights and flameless candles took over after sunset. It was a cool day, so we brought extra blankets. We offered to run a bracketed games tournament, but the organizers decided to let people play on their own, so cornhole, ladder toss, Spikeball and bocce stayed out all evening.
