COPE Health Solutions Team Picnic Near The Shore Hotel

A team from COPE Health Solutions, the healthcare consulting firm, was in town and staying at The Shore Hotel, so an evening beach picnic in Santa Monica made an easy group outing. Our setup in front of Perry's Beach Cafe was about an 11-minute walk from the hotel, so the group could leave the cars behind. The picnic had originally been planned for January 2025 and moved to the end of February.
For food, we suggested a few options and the team chose an elevated picnic package from Huckleberry Cafe built around a charcuterie and cheese platter. We placed the order on the group's behalf and had it on the beach for the evening. Our setup included cups, ice, and still and sparkling water, and guests were welcome to bring their own drinks.
For a visiting team, a beach picnic within walking distance of the hotel is a relaxed way to end a work trip, with dinner, the ocean and the whole group in one spot.
