A Bridal Shower Beach Picnic for 21 in Santa Monica

A week before the date, a bridal party got in touch to ask what we could do for a group of 22 on a Sunday in August 2024. They booked that same evening: a three-hour Classic Beach Picnic starting at noon, for 21 guests.

We set up on the sand in Santa Monica. The picnic tables, cushions and umbrellas were scaled to the full group, with still and sparkling water for every guest. The party added a shaded buffet table so its food could sit out of the midday sun.

A chalkboard at the setup greeted the bride's friends and family to her shower, and the three-hour booking gave everyone time to eat, talk and enjoy the beach without rushing.
