Brawerman School Beach Day at Lifeguard Tower 12

In June 2026 Brawerman School took over a stretch of sand at Lifeguard Tower 12 for its school beach day. With several hundred students plus parents and teachers, this was one of the biggest setups of our season.

Because it was mostly kids, the school kept the seating casual: 100 picnic seats at low tables on rugs, and eight beach cabanas where parents could sit in the shade. Eight shaded buffet areas held the food. The whole footprint came to about 80 by 40 feet in an open central part of the beach, and we drew site diagrams (tents, food stations and waste stations) for the school's permit application.

Vucacious Catering did the food and kept the menu kid-friendly and budget-minded: salads, plain pasta with olive oil (no meat), fruit with no grapes, cookies and brownies, mini water bottles, and popsicles handed out in the mid-afternoon. Our team arrived early in the morning to set up and handled cleanup of food waste and inventory afterward.
