A 40th Birthday Large Beach Picnic for 26 in Santa Monica

Word of mouth brought this group to us for a milestone: a 40th birthday celebration for 26 guests on a Saturday in July 2025. The host booked our Large Beach Picnic for three hours starting at 11am, giving the group the best part of a summer day by the water, and asked for a birthday greeting on the welcome chalkboard.

A Large Beach Picnic is our standard format for groups over 20. We scale our picnic inventory to the guest count: low tables set on rugs, cushions for everyone, umbrellas for shade, and still and sparkling water on ice. That means a big group can arrive, sit down together and settle in without anyone hauling gear from the parking lot.

For a birthday group, the layout keeps everyone together around one shared setup, with space to spread out on the sand.
