A 40th Birthday Beach Party with Live Guitar at Tower 28

This July 2022 40th birthday at Lifeguard Tower 28 was a full production on the sand. The party began in the early evening, and the host brought in catering from Heirloom LA, with a server from The Acresti Group on hand during the event.

We handled the rest of the details: two cakes and a dozen assorted cupcakes from Broadway Baker, a fruit platter, charcuterie cups, succulents, a small take-home bouquet from Fleurs du Jour, string lights and two igloo coolers. A live acoustic guitarist played for two hours, and a photographer captured the first hour of the party.

Badminton and bocce ball gave guests a way to play between bites, and a chalkboard wished the guest of honor a happy 40th. Tower 28, in the Ocean Park section south of the Santa Monica Pier, has room for a group this size, with a parking lot close by for vendors arriving with food and cakes.
