Bad Weather
If we can’t set up due to wind or rain, we will refund you for the entirety of the picnic (minus food/florals cost and $50 labor retainer) and allow you to pick up the food/florals from our office.
Our picnic execution success rate is above 97%, due to it rarely raining in Southern California. The rare times we need to cancel, it’s typically due to wind over 15 mph.
Cancellation
If you need to refund/cancel we will retain 50% of the picnic total for opportunity cost reimbursement. No refunds or cancellations will be allowed within a 3-day window of the picnic date.

We will email you the exact location when you book your event in the confirmation email.
We advise parking near Perry’s in Lot 3 North:

Damage
If there is irreparable damage to our equipment, the contact for the picnic will be notified and the credit card on file will be charged.
Booking in advance
We require a 72-hour notice to get your picnic prepared. Please call us if you would like to book a picnic within the 72-hour required notification window.
Unpaid for guests
Friends that want to come by are welcome. They will not have seating, food or water provided.
Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable within 1 year of purchase.
