A Taco Man Catered Beach Picnic for 21

Tacos on the beach are hard to beat. For a private group of 21 on a Saturday evening in June 2024, the host booked our large beach picnic and brought in Taco Man Catering for dinner.

Taco Man arrived with its own serving table and coordinated directly with our picnic manager on the day, so food service ran right next to the picnic without any extra setup from the host. We handled everything else: low tables, cushions and umbrellas for the group, our tableware, and coolers of still and sparkling water. The picnic started at 5pm, which put dinner right in the late-afternoon light.

It's an easy way to handle dinner for a group this size: the caterer brings the food and the service, and we provide the setting.
