Salesforce Client Sunset Beach Party for 150 at Tower 12

Salesforce first hosted a client beach picnic with us in the summer of 2025. In August 2026 they booked it again, this time as a "Sunset Beach Party" at Lifeguard Tower 12. Guests arrived around 5 PM and stayed until 8:30 PM, and our reservation ran from 4 to 9 PM to cover setup and breakdown.
The guest list grew from about 100 to 150 while we planned. Guests at an evening client party mostly stand and move around, so we didn't try to seat all 150. The setup combined picnic seating with four banquet packages, four highboy cocktail tables, ten low striped beach chairs for lounging, and extra coolers and tableware for the bigger crowd.
Vucacious Catering handled food and beverages. Their staff loaded in during the afternoon, and our team set up the food and beverage tables first so the catering crew could get started.
