Amazon Communications Beach Dinner for 70 at Tower 12

An Amazon communications team held its beach day at Lifeguard Tower 12 in August 2026. It was an evening event, starting at 6:30 PM with dinner served around 7:15 and wrapping up at 8:30, and the catering was planned for 72 guests.

Guests sat at our picnic tables on rugs with pillows, and the team arranged custom floral arrangements from a florist. We suggested one arrangement per table, which works out to two per ten-person picnic cluster. For the food and drinks we set six buffet tables with black linens under two shaded tents, added a white umbrella over the bar, and supplied 80 disposable tableware settings.

Vucacious Catering brought a full team: an event manager, a chef, a server and a bartender pouring from a house beer and wine package. Our crew arrived early in the afternoon and set up the food and beverage tables first so the caterers could load straight in.
