A Beach Picnic for 60 Dancers with Motivoscope at Tower 12

Motivoscope, a Polish incentive travel agency, first worked with us in September 2025 on a beach farewell meal for a small group of delegates. In July 2026 they came back with a much bigger group: 60 dancers from East Side Dance Academy, in Los Angeles for the World of Dance Summit.
The agency wanted a relaxed welcome early in the trip, so the picnic ran from 5 to 8 PM at Lifeguard Tower 12, taking in the evening light over the water. The group chose picnic seating, and we added our tableware and Event Essentials packages plus a set of beach games. On the day, the agency asked us to put the academy's logo on the chalkboard, so the sign had the ESDA initials and wing.
Planning happened across time zones and a holiday weekend, and the group arranged its own food and drinks, including lemonade from Alfalfa. Our team met the tour leader at the Lot 3 North parking lot and walked the group down to the sand.
