Anthos Capital Intern Beach Picnic Catered by Citron

Anthos Capital gathered about 30 people, including its summer interns, at Lifeguard Tower 28 in July 2022, with the chalkboard at the entrance reading "Intern Beach Picnic '22" beneath the firm's logo.
The team had a dinner planned the night before with a similar charcuterie-style menu, so they skipped our cheeseboards and brought in Citron Catering for the food. We set up a six-foot buffet table for the caterer's platters and provided the tableware for the group, then laid out picnic seating for everyone around it, with an igloo cooler for drinks.
The picnic started at 5:30 pm, a comfortable summer window for an after-work gathering on the sand. Coordinating with an outside caterer is a common setup for our corporate groups: we handle the layout, buffet and tableware, the caterer handles the menu, and the host doesn't have to manage either.
